Prime Minister presents Thailand’s visions on human rights, marking 75th Anniversary of Universal Declaration of Human Rights

On 12 December 2023, H.E. Mr. Srettha Thavisin, Prime Minister, delivered keynote remarks at the opening ceremony of the Leaders’ Segment of the commemoration of 75th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights broadcast live from Bangkok to the high-level meeting held in Geneva, outlining Thailand’s visions on how the international community could chart a way forward to further advance human rights and address present global challenges.
As regional hub of the United Nations, Thailand was invited to join the President of Switzerland and the High Commissioner for Human Rights as one of the three speakers to deliver remarks at the opening ceremony of the event.
